If you are not satisfied with your DRI DUCK on-line purchase, please return it to us within 30 days in its original condition, including tags and labels. A return form and label are included with the merchandise for your convenience.

The purchase price will be refunded according to the payment method of your original purchase, excluding shipping charges.

We accept returns of purchases from DRI DUCK Traders on-line only (driducktraders.com). Merchandise purchased through any other channel must be returned to the original point of purchase.

How to make a return

1. Complete the return form included with your shipment.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning.
3. Fill in the reason code next to the item.
4. Use the enclosed pre-addressed return shipping label on your return package.
5. We recommend using a shipping method back to us that will allow you to track your package (USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx).
